I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master's degree in Nutrition Education from Columbia University. Today, I help women who are trying to conceive, preparing for IUI/IVF, navigating PMOS, insulin resistance, irregular cycles, or concerns about gestational diabetes. Many have been told their labs are "normal," advised to simply lose weight, or left feeling like they're doing everything right but still not getting answers.
